Your First Visit

On your first visit we will discuss your health history and all things pertinent to what brought you to our  office. We will discuss your health goals, both short and long term. I will do a full SOT exam (for information on SOT go to the SORSI.com website) and any orthopedic or neurological tests necessary to confirm the diagnosis and treatment plan. This visit will last approximately 1 hour, depending on the complexity of your health situation at that time

Follow Up Visits

We will measure your progress based on clinical findings, kinesiological testing, other SOT modalities, trigger point and pain indicators. Each visit will last approximately 20-30 minutes. Your adjustments will be for continued treatment of an existing condition, or for something else that you would like addressed. Alternatively, many people choose to receive maintenance adjustments to keep the neural connections flowing freely. 

Insurance

We require payment at the time services are rendered. We accept credit card, check or cash payment.

We do not accept insurance assignment, however we will be happy to provide you with an insurance form filled in with diagnostic codes that you can submit to  your insurance company for reimbursement  based on your agreement with your carrier and policy.
